Great expectations to improve access to information and to save resources have turned up together with the development of electronic journals in Internet. Both librarians and researchers are looking for the new possibilities in the field. The information specialists in different subject areas of a multidisciplinary university library made a survey in their respective subject areas looking for availability of journals relevant for research and education in Internet.
